1. What types of t-shirts do you offer for uniforms?

2. Is there a minimum order requirement?
We have a minimum order of only 10 units. To get the best discounts, it's much cheaper to order 50 units or more.
3. Can I see a sample before placing a bulk order?
Absolutely! We can provide samples upon request so you can ensure the design and quality meet your expectations. If you want a sample of your logo, this will increase production time. Alternatively we can send you samples of previously printed work.
4. How long does it take to receive my order?
Turnaround times vary based on order size and customisation complexity, but we aim to deliver within 7-10 business days of proof approval/ payment.
5. Do you offer discounts on bulk orders?
Yes, we offer competitive pricing and discounts for bulk orders. See our pricing page for more info.
6. Can I include multiple designs in one order?
Yes, you can include multiple designs in one order which helps you receive bulk discounts too!
7. What file formats do you accept for logos and designs?
We accept most common formats, including PNG, JPEG, PDF, and vector files like AI or EPS.
8. Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we focus on Australian based clients only.
9. Can I reorder the same design later?
Yes! We keep your designs on file for easy reordering.
10. Do you offer a design service?
Yes! If you are stuck on design ideas, please reach out to us! We love helping with design ideas :)
11. Can I order different t-shirt styles and colours in my order?
Yes, you can mix and match styles, colours & sizes to make up your order.
12. Are there any set up fees?
No! We don't charge set up fees!
13. I'm not very good with technology, can I order via phone?
Absolutely! Leave the technology up to us! Book a call with us here to discuss your needs or call us direct on 0406-321-225.
14. Can I supply my own garments?
We may be able to print on supplied garments, for a QTY of 100+ items and we are unable to source a specific product for you.
